Pastel de chocolate en taza de 1 minuto (porción individual, opción sin gluten)

🍫 Ingredients (for 1 mug):

  • 4 tbsp flour (all-purpose or gluten-free 1:1 blend)

  • 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener of choice)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tbsp oil (vegetable, coconut, or melted butter)

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended!)

⚡ Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt).

  2. Add wet ingredients (milk, oil, vanilla) and stir until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top (they’ll melt into gooey pockets!).

  4. Microwave for 60–90 seconds (start with 60, then add 10-second bursts if needed).

  5. Let cool 1 minute (it’s lava-hot!), then dig in!
